Tamra Cochran, PA

Tamra Cochran is a sole practitioner in Fayetteville, Arkansas, where her main areas of practice include representation of clients on a wide range of estate planning and taxation issues, counsel and representation regarding elder law, Medicaid qualification issues, asset protection planning, expert witness on tax matter in civil litigation, litigation involving will and trust administration, and ancillary issues.
She is a frequent speaker on estate planning, probate and elder law issues. Ms. Cochran is licensed to practice before the United States Tax Court, the Arkansas federal courts, and all of the Arkansas state courts. She earned her B.S.B.A. degree with honors, from the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville,; her J.D. degree with honors from the University of Arkansas School of Law, Fayetteville; and her LL.M. degree from the University of Florida, Gainesville.
