COVID-19 A Note to Our Valued Clients & Friends

Upon reviewing recommendations from the CDC and local government agencies regarding precautions suggested to reduce the spread of the COVID-19 virus, we are requesting the following actions from our clients and their families:

1. IF you have traveled out of the country since the beginning of March 2020, OR are having symptoms of fever, coughing, or shortness of breath, please contact us to discuss your appointment or situation. PLEASE DO NOT COME INTO THE OFFICE!

2. If you have a scheduled appointment and are experiencing symptoms, a telephone conference and/or video conference can be arranged. Of course, if you choose to reschedule your appointment, contact us and we will be happy to accommodate you. Please note, this is only for consultations and not document signings.

3. In-office consultations and document signings will still occur but under strict new cleanliness guidelines and procedures as recommended by the CDC.

4. If possible, please have only one person accompany you to your appointment. We know in many cases a husband and wife will come together, and that is fine. We want to exercise the utmost caution; therefore, we ask that if you want more than one child or other family member to participate in the meeting, arrangements can be made to have them available by telephone.

5. While we love being hospitable, we will also be refraining from any physical contact, but you can still expect a warm welcome and a friendly smile.

6. We realize that many of our clients and their families find themselves in a crisis situation. If you are experiencing difficulties, please let us know, and we will work with you to come up with a flexible plan of action in order to assist you as best as possible.

We remain committed to serving those who seek our help and we will make every effort to safeguard your health and well-being while continuing to serve your legal needs.
